My Iphone 3G apps close right when i unequivocal them, why is that?

They are crashing. How often does this occur? Is the phone jailbroken?
If it is up quite often try connecting your phone to iTunes and on the peak of iTunes that shows your phone number and such, click restore. You should always try to restore to factory settings if something gets screwed up.
I had this issue beside the first 3 apps that I downloaded. I went to open them, they'd show a most important screen of the app, then dally a few seconds, then see you straight back to the home menu.
I didn't delete the apps, I just sync'd my phone to my notebook, then ejected, and then when I tried the apps again they be all working perfectly.

this is common with the iphone. (any firmware above 2.0)
it have to do with:
poorly programmed apps
poorly programmed OS
you can uninstall all the apps, next reinstall them. theres a 50% success rate for that.
