Whats the differnece between the unknown ipod touch and iphone 3g?

You can access the internet and sermon to people at the same time on the 3G. I enjoy a few friends with touches and iPhones and I don't see any difference in the track they run their applications.
iphone has similar to a camera and when you go online, you can bring it anywhere you want as for the ipod touch there is not camera and when you want to budge online, you need to find a wifi connection
