Will iPhone 2.1 Software Update remove my iPhone 3G Jailbreak?

I have a iPhone 3G with iTune newspaper 2.0.2,
I have jailed broke my iPhone 3G 3 weeks ago.
This is the first time that I might update my iphone software. I read the blogs and reviews, saying the update be pretty good with upright life and things. The problems is, I am worried that when I update my iPhone to version 2.1 software, that it will delete my Jailbreak that I worked on for a long time, next to over 20 Gameboy advance games. so, would it remove my Jailbreak? and if so, Would I be able to jailbreak it again?

http://blog.iphone-dev.org/ It would remove it, but you can re-jailbreak it. There aren't many options however, and I found everythingsportsshop.com to work the best! Good luck!

P.S. The 2.1 firmware is amazing!! Reception is alot better!
