Yahoo's unsullied "ymail" domain is not pushing email to my 3G iphone - any design ?
So having spoken to both O2 & Apple no-one has a clue almost this, I suspect that Yahoo have not configured the "Ymail" domain to push email as yet, have anyone else had this problem or have a solution, apart from have to setup a new Yahoo.co.uk email address that I understand does do push email ?
Cheers, Carl
Answers: I've get Yahoo mail on my ipod touch, and i can suggest a few things.
Firstly, make totally sure that you enjoy the right adress and password set up in your account.
Secondly, ensure that push email is set to automatic interals, not to instruction manual. Go into settings, fetch new data, and select every 15, 30minutes or hourly.
Thirdly, form sure the clock hasn't got the wrong time, for some reason my clock occasionally go to the wrong time and this affects the mailboxes.
You might have wrote the address incorrect. Re-write it and then check, If it doesn't work next you need to just use the ancient domain "adresss(a)yahoo.com" not Ymail !
Good Luck ! :)
